Bessey KliKlamp One Handed Ratcheting Clamps are as Light As a Feather – Tough As Nails
We've just made these even better with a brand new 300mm length added to our range. Extremely lightweight, stable magnesium, fibreglass reinforced plastics, and cold-drawn BESSEY quality steel: this optimum mixture is characteristic of the innovative high-tech KliKlamp lever clamp.
That's why the smallest KliKlamp weighs just a tiny 290g – simply ideal for assembly work or where several clamps are being used at once. The pressure is also built up easily and highly effectively: the ratchet mechanism lets you achieve a huge 1,200 N of clamping force quickly with just 2 fingers. You certainly will never have clamped as quickly, easily or as gently as this!
A light ratcheting clamp with incredible pressure
They're perfect for delicate work due to their light-weight. But we've tried them out under extreme pressure and the clamping force always holds up. It's a massive testament to Bessey's engineering that they can design a clamp this easy to use that also exerts such huge ratcheting pressure, under virtually any workshop scenario.
Essential KliKlamp features
- Sturdy magnesium - the surface-coated upper and lower sections made from sturdy magnesium are extremely light and strong.
- Multi-stage ratchet mechanism - easy to operate, vibration-resistant, particularly easy to control, and can be released quickly.
- A secure hold - the fixed arm with the crossed v-grooves holds round, pointed or angular components firmly in place. This is part of what makes the KliKlamp so versatile.
- Ergonomically shaped clamping arm - made from fibreglass - reinforced polyamide is breakproof and fits very snugly in the hand with a jaw depth of 80mm. That's quality of the highest calibre.
- Jaw depth 80 mm
- Jaw opening 200 mm
- Weight 300 g
Tool Guy - Two Thumbs Up!
"Through use, I learned that the Bessey KliKlamps are light, but that doesn’t make them light duty. Thus, my opinion of these clamps kept improving, to where my Jorgensens haven’t seen the light of day for a few months now. The Bessey clamps held up nicely, and they still have far greater clamping power than similarly sized squeeze-trigger bar clamps."
