Foam brushes are not limited to mineral paints. You can happily use them with paints of all other kinds, as well as timber stains and dyes, and even varnishes. With any medium, foam brushes leave zero brush marks and so they’re great for complex shapes where it’s hard to develop long, smooth brush strokes. The bevel on the front of the foam allows you to get into difficult spots without leaving unsightly streaks or blobs. Cleanup is straightforward using the appropriate solvent.
