Accuracy
The Sherwood Table Saw Fence is rock solid. Once it is aligned with the blade, there is zero lateral or rotational movement, no matter where it is positioned along the rail. The fence locks into position with a cam-action lever, allowing you to easily make one-handed adjustments, while the high-visibility scale delivers easy, precise and repeatable settings. The side panels are made of HDPE plastic, an abrasion-resistant material that allows smooth, judder-free material feeding.
Safety
It is absolutely vital that your tables saw’s fence is able to be perfectly aligned with the blade. A misaligned fence will cause kickback as it causes the workpiece to be caught by the rear side of the blade and flung towards the operator with great force. A fence that moves even a fraction of an inch, or a fence that can not be easily squared up, is an injury waiting to happen. Sherwood’s Table Saw Fence is easy to align - and once aligned, it will remain perfectly stationary throughout any ripping operation.
Compatibility
The Sherwood Table Saw Fence is specifically designed for American-standard 685mm (27in) deep table saw tops, and can be easily modified to suit either shallower or deeper tables. Both the front and rear rails bolt directly to the table top with standard 300mm hole centres, but the mild steel rails are easily drilled out to suit other spacings.

Any item that measures over 1.2m once packaged cannot be sent through automatic freight sortation machines and must be handled manually. There is a surcharge of $12.00 charged by the freight company to manually handle this freight. Timbecon passes this charge on at cost.
