MicroJig’s Matchfit Two Step Plunge Router Bits were specifically designed to mount their Zeroplay mitre bar to a shop-built sled, but they can be used for so much more than that. For clean, accurate flat counterbores on jigs, fixtures and projects, these brilliant bits deliver the results you need.
Take the guesswork out of drilling, counterboring and choosing the screw length by always drilling the correct mounting hole for the Zeroplay screws in all materials up to 1in thick. These bits can be used in the drill press for counterbored holes, or at the router table for perfectly stepped slots that work with a wide range of hardware. They feature Microjig’s patented radius flair at the top of both holes to provide smooth, attractive holes and slots without tearout or ‘fuzzies’.
