A traditional carpenter’s try square for woodworking. The handle is made from European Beech with a 1.5mm solid brass protective strip installed on the working face. The 225mm-long blue tool steel blade is attached to the handle via three brass rivets.
Like all Crown squares, this try square is manufactured to the BS3322 standard which means each square is tested for accuracy twice during manufacture and again immediately prior to despatch from the manufacturer. The squares are tested on both the inside and outside faces, with an accuracy better than 0.01mm per 10mm blade length.
