The Trend AnyDoor Hinge Jig is a fully adjustable, modular routing jig designed to quickly and accurately recess square and 12.7mm radius hinges in timber doors & frames.

The AnyDoor Hinge Jig features a patented Modular Rail Construction that offers exceptional flexibility and adjustability for hinge installations. This unique design allows the jig to be adjusted from 760mm to 2340mm right out of the box, accommodating both full-height and custom smaller doors. Ideal for Dutch/stable doors, loft conversions, access panels, loft hatches and understairs storage. Expansion rails are available for doors larger than 2340mm.

The patented Twin-Rail System provides unlimited hinge positions within the rail, with the included Bradawls enabling the jig to be secured quick and easily. Able to freely match existing hinge positions within the rail, the AnyDoor system eliminates the headache of dealing with existing hinge positions. This means it can be used to fit a new door in an old frame, making it ideal for renovation work.

• Bradawl or Screw Attachment Options enables the jig to be secured with either bradawls for speed (included) or 3.5mm (no.6) wood screws for maximum stability.
• Expansion rails are available for doors larger than 2040mm.
• End Block Steel End Plate ensures consistent head clearance and provides rapid door-to-frame transition.
• 25mm Rail Depth allows jig to be used against fixed door stops.
