The Latchmate is simple to use and comes with easy-to-follow instructions. It can be used for latch installation and also as a chisel.

The Latchmate tool head slips into the 24mm hole already drilled into the door, then it is simply a matter of hitting the back end of the tool to mark out the latch strike plate.
