Laser cutting and engraving can create smoke and fumes. The xTool Smoke Purifier uses 3-layer filtration including premium activated carbon and HEPA filters to achieve 99.97% purification rate, removing toxic fumes, dust, and unpleasant odours.

The air purifier starts simultaneously with your laser machine, and stops several seconds after the work is complete. The pre-filter works to capture larger particles before they reach the double-layered HEPA filters. Changing the filter is as easy as opening the lid, removing the filter and fitting a new one it its place. One spare Pre-filter is included.

The user-friendly design allows for adjustment of suction power as required for infrared or diode lasering, and material choice. With castor wheels and inset handles, this unit is a breeze to move around as needed. The structure features foam seals to prevent leakage, and one way ventilation through the air inlets and outlets. Metal brackets are included to seal the pipes to the purifier.

Operation is super-quiet: the unit is rated at 55dB.
