Alloy Workbench Surface Dogs

Machined from aluminium, theses dogs have a flat face for work registration and a rim that supports and stabilizes it on the bench surface. Unlike brass dogs, which can be too tough on a lot of work surfaces, and plastic dogs that obviously degrade quicker, these alloy dogs provide the perfect mixture of reliability, snug fit and non-destructive impact.

They're extremely reliable and the alloy won't mould or bend over time, ensuring that your dogs stay as snug in their holes over the entire duration of your ownership.

The post fits tightly in a 19mm (3/4in) workbench dog hole, resisting movement from horizontal forces. The tapered edges on these dogs are industry-leading, meaning you won't suffer any movement of your workpiece. The flat face measure 20mm wide x 18mm high with the post approximately 45mm long and tapered edges making it easier to insert in your workbench. The widest part of the head measures 24mm.
