Sherwood Round Body Router Motor

This benchtop router setup features a Motorised Router Lift (RLIFT-8) fitted with Sherwood Round Body Router Motor (SRM-1800). This router lift and motor are integrated into one mechanism. The Sherwood SRM-1800 is a powerful variable speed 1800-watt (2.4HP) router motor. All the grunt and finesse you need to complete a broad range of routing tasks. This router motor has a 10amp plug and features an easily accessible variable speed adjustment.

Motorised Lift with Digital Readout

Get digital accuracy and easy height adjustment with the motorised lift and digital read out. The simple design of the control box features an on/off switch at the base, an easy-to-use height adjustment knob, and inset magnets at the rear, allowing it to mounted wherever suits best on your router table set up.

Intuitive on-screen settings allow for quick adjustments to the highest and lowest points, switching between metric and imperial scales, and snapping to a custom zero point. Default adjustment increments are 0.5mm and 0.02in respectively, with an additional six default settings: 2, 4 or 6mm for metric, and 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2in for imperial. Simply turn the knob left or right to your desired height shown clearly on the display, and then press once to let the lift do the rest for you. 

Mounting plate insert rings

Your router lift can accept a variety of throat insert rings. The insert rings feature a twist lock design, so they are held firmly in position, in line with the surrounding surface. Use the inserts rings to minimise the gap around your router bit to eliminate vibration and increase accuracy.  Insert spanner included. Professional grade fence

The Deluxe Benchtop Router Table has a professional quality fence. It is fully adjustable, has twin T-Tracks, safety guard, flip stop and a dust port. There is little more you really need. Route safely and precisely. Turn your router fence into a jointer. Your router fence is now even more versatile. Included with your fence are 2 x fence faceplate packing rods. Slide these in behind the outfeed faceplate to pack them out turning your router into a jointer.

Mitre guide

Your Sherwood MDF/Melamine Deluxe Benchtop Router Table is supplied with a mitre guide. Use to make angled cuts across the router bit. The benchtop router worktable features an embedded twin slot mitre track. One slot for the mitre guide, one T-Track for additional accessories such as feather boards.

Multiple Featherboards

Nothing makes routing smoother or safer than a good set of feather boards. This benchtop router setup feature two pairs of feathers boards, two on the fence and two on the table. Eliminate kickback and vibration with these feather board accessories.

Fine fence adjustment

If you need to finely tweak your router fence, then Sherwood has you covered. Use the Fence Fine Adjustment Kit to take control of your routing by being able to wind the fence in to position by the millimetre. No more errors, no more wasted material.

Dust collection system

The dust collection system is made up of a dust collection box mounted under the table with a 102mm (4in) dust port. And a 63mm hose that links the fence dust port to the dust collection box outlet. You just need to attach the 102mm port to your dust collector and enter the world of dust free routing.
