BenchPilot: Autopilot for Origin

BenchPilot enables automated, hands-free cutting for Origin so you can focus on other tasks at hand. Clip Origin into BenchPilot and let it drive Origin from point A to point B, while Origin continues to handle the small precision movements. Dimensioned and sized to fit perfectly with Shaper Workstation, or mounted with Workstation directly onto your bench.

BenchPilot Features

• Drives Origin Automatically: Removes physical strain from long hours of Origin operation.
• Clip In, Unclip: Transform Origin to hands-free operation when you want to, then take Origin on the go when you need it.
• Variable feed rate control knob: Dial in the speed you want with real time control. As you change feed rate, Origin’s onscreen cut operation estimate updates in real time!
• Timer display: Origin will display its progress and time remaining while cutting with BenchPilot.
• Dedicated E-stop: Emergency stop, if and when you need it.

Workstation: Precise Joinery & Hardware Installation

Combine Origin with the Shaper Workstation to cut mortise and tenons, box joints, and other custom joinery with ease and precision. The vertical and horizontal workholding capabilities of Workstation allow for a range of different projects and the ability to cut tenons at any angle from 0° to 45° with confidence.

Shelf Upgrade Kit: A flat, rigid, work surface 

The Shelf Upgrade Kit maximises the horizontal cutting area with Workstation. With its adjustable support leg, the Shelf Upgrade Kit helps maintain a flat and coplanar surface with the top of Workstation. The shelf is over 3x bigger than the Shelf Assembly included with Workstation, making it a great candidate when you want to maximize the cuttable area with Workstation.
