The Milescraft HingeMate 350 is the complete drop-in template system for routing hinge, strike and latch plate mortices.

Professionally hang doors with the HingeMate350. This complete kit is great for installing new doors or replacing/repairing existing doors. The HingeMate350 comes with all the tools, templates, and accessories required to route doors and jambs for hinge, strike, and latch plates.

Features

Steel frame template: The Durable steel frame template with adjustable cams allow for 1-3/4” and 1-3/8” door settings and can be mounted on both the door and the door jamb.

1/2in router bit included: Included is a 1/2in router bit with carbide tip and ball bearing that eliminates the need for a bushing.

Corner chisel included: Made from hardened steel this corner chisel is required to make 90deg hinges, strikes and latches.

Hinge bit included: Pre-drill perfectly centred holes for proper alignment of hinges with this spring-loaded, self-centring drill bit

Templates: The set comes with templates needed to rout hinge, strike plate, and latch plate mortices. Rotate any template to achieve either a 5/8in or 1/4in radius.
