Manufactured from durable M2 High-Speed Steel (HSS) and hardened to 62-64 Rockwell, this tool is carefully ground and ready to turn right out of the box. Due to its high abrasion resistance, M2 HSS will hold a sharp edge much longer than many other steels. This means less time spent sharpening those unique grinds, and more time spent woodturning. High-speed steel also withstands the heat better than traditional carbon steel, making it particularly well suited to turning tools.

Skew Chisel
