How to use the voucher
Gift vouchers can be used on our website by entering the voucher code into the 'Coupon Code' field on the Cart screen, before proceeding to Checkout. Vouchers can only be used for the value of goods online (excluding shipping) and partial values can be used over multiple purchases.
Terms & Conditions
- Gift vouchers can be used in our Timbecon stores, online, or for phone orders
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to cover shipping on web orders
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay balances with Humm, Skye or other finance company accounts
- Gift vouchers will be sent via Australia Post if not part of a larger order
- Gift vouchers may be purchased and / or picked up in store
- Gift vouchers are printed on plastic with a cardboard backing slip unless an e-mail delivery is requested, in this case, you will be emailed a pdf voucher.
