Shaper Tools 30-Day Risk-Free Trial Terms & Conditions
Timbecon offers a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial on eligible Shaper Machinery purchased directly from our website. The trial is available to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase.
Eligible Products
This offer applies only to the Shaper equipment sold by Timbecon under these SKUs:
SO-2-ON, SO-WS-KIT, SO-PL-KIT, SO-C-KIT
Shaper accessories are excluded from the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. Accessories include (but are not limited to) cutters, bits, plates, tapes, tooling, consumables, add-ons, and replacement parts purchased separately. Acessories and all other goods purchased from Timbecon are still covered by our 60-day change of mind policy.
Re-saleable Condition Requirement
To qualify for a return under the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, the machine must be returned in re-saleable condition, meaning:
- The machine is fully functional and safe to operate.
- There is no structural or electrical damage, including bent tables, cracked housings, damaged switches, cut cords, or missing safety guards.
- The machine is complete as sold: all original components, accessories, manuals, tools, and supplied items are included.
- The machine is clean and safe to handle, free from excessive dust, resin, liquids, oil, or hazardous contamination.
- The machine has not been modified, altered, or repaired, including drilling, rewiring, aftermarket modifications, repainting, or removal of labels.
- Light signs of evaluation use are acceptable; excessive wear, misuse, negligence, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines is not.
- The original packaging must be included and must be complete and undamaged.
- Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused, or subject to a partial refund at Timbecon’s discretion to account for loss of value or reconditioning costs.
Bundle Returns
Returns of bundled products under the 30-day Risk-Free Trial must include all the products in the bundle. Partial returns can not be accepted.
Serial Number Verification
- Returned machines must have a serial number that matches our sales records.
- Serial numbers must be intact, legible, and unaltered.
- Returns will be rejected if the serial number is missing, defaced, altered, or does not match the original purchase.
Safety Inspection
- All returns are subject to a safety and operational inspection upon receipt.
- If a machine is deemed unsafe due to misuse, modification, damage, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines, the return may be rejected or a deduction applied.
- Machines that cannot be made safe or compliant for resale are not eligible for a refund under the Risk-Free Trial.
