The JBOS-5 fits shops where surface finish gets shipped, not reworked — and the cycle counts they generate. Equipped with a 0.5 HP motor and industrial-grade construction throughout, it handles full-capacity operation across long production cycles. JET warranty coverage backs every production-grade finish. A heavy-duty worm gear system provides one-inch oscillating action, which prolongs sleeve life and helps prevent burning of the workpiece. Four inserts are provided, and 5 spindles with sanding sleeves.

• Main spindle support runs on precision ball bearings and is oscillated by a heavy-duty worm and gear mechanism for consistent performance
• Oscillation gears run in a sealed lubricated box to prolong their life and durability
• Spindles have threaded ends for quick, easy changes
• Large 368mm table that tilts to 45° which easily handles the toughest sanding projects.
