If you’re doing any kind of woodworking, you’re making dust. The fine dust generated by sawing, sanding and most other woodworking processes can get everywhere. And the one place you don’t want dust gathering is in your lungs!
RZMasks are designed to provide you with superior protection for your lungs. Comfortable and durable, all RZMasks filter up to 99.9% of dust particles down to 0.1 of a micron in size. Breathe easy with an RZMask, knowing you are protected from the harmful effects of inhaling dust.
Best-in-class filtration
High-standard replaceable filters block up to 99.9% of dust particles give you peace of mind protection for your lungs. RZMasks are effective at blocking airborne particles such as pollen and dust that can trigger your allergies and asthma.
Breathe easy on the hottest day
The RZ M2 mesh fabric construction is highly breathable and comfortable keeping you cool and protected even on the hottest days.
Made for a perfect fit
The M2 features a single adjustable hook-and-loop strap aiding quick fitting and removing of your mask. The adjustable nose clip helps to prevent your glasses from fogging up.
The RZMask Cleanser
RZ’s spray is made with hypochlorous acid – a naturally occurring chemical and germ killer. It’s even great for hands, skin, and other surfaces! Just squeeze a few pumps on to the target surface, air dry and enjoy a clean, residue-free mask!
Replacement Filters
RZMask filters consist of two layers. One layer that effectively traps airborne particles down to 0.1 of a miicron in size. The second layer is an Active Carbon Element that helps reduce harmful fumes and odours. All RZ filters have been tested to be 99.9% efficient.

Sizing Guide
Determine the right size mask for you by taking some measurements using the methods below.
- Measure from the height of the bridge of your nose (usually just below your eye line) down to the tip of your chin. Do not measure beyond the tip of your chin. You might find this easier with assistance.
- Match your measurements with the sizes outlined below. RZMasks are normally available in 3 different sizes. If you measure in-between sizes, it is recommended you select the size down to allow for a tighter seal.

Fitting Guide
The correct fit is key to the efficiency of filtration and comfort. There are a few tips and tricks to help you get the proper fit.
- When fitting your mask, place the top most part of the mask on the very top of your nose and lower the mask to cover your mouth and chin. Finish by fastening the strap(s) to a comfortable but secure fit.
- A proper seal is only required on the filter, not the mask shell. The filter inside the mask creates the seal over your face, while the mask shell does have some slack. This is an acceptable fit and as long as the filter is creating the seal, the mask is deemed effective.
How long Does an RZ Filter Last?
The life expectancy of an RZ Filter will depend on the density of particle exposure, the exposure duration and also your breathing rate. Below are some guidelines.
- 20-30 hours of continuous exposure to heavy dust environments such as construction and demolition.
- 30-40 hours of continuous exposure to light dust environments such as woodworking workshops and construction sites.
- 50-60 hours of continuous exposure to allergens, pollens, odours etc.
