Perfect for edge milling, duplicating, and template projects, this Carbide Insert spiral flush trim router bit offers smooth, accurate results. The spiral grooves deliver superior chip evacuation, greatly increasing speed and efficiency in trimming tasks.

Replaceable insert cutters are cost-effective over time, as you only swap out the blades instead of the entire unit. Many feature cutting edges along all sides, giving you four sharp cutting surfaces per blade. Once inserts become worn, it is simply a matter of loosening the screw with the Torx keyway provided and rotating to a fresh edge, only replacing with a new cutter once all four edges are dull. Knives are all indexed and fit perfectly in your router bit without additional adjustment.

This flush trim bit has both bottom and top bearing guides for easier use in just about any trimming application, whether you need to locate your template top or bottom on the workpiece. Perfect for removing excess material once timber or laminates have been jointed, or for duplicating the same pattern when used in conjunction with a master template across multiple work pieces.
