The PROXXON Table Band Sander is the smallest and finest in the world! The perfect machine for ultra-fine sanding work and hyper-accurate shaping.

 

PROXXON’s Table Band Sander sands long edges, end sections, radii, mitres, and accurate flat surfaces at right angles.

Accuracy is easy, with the plane-milled work table of die-cast aluminium. The precision mitre slot and included mitre gauge allows fine-tuning of angled components – perfect for Kumiko-style joinery.  

Highly effective extraction is the key to healthy, clean work. The PROXXON Table Belt Sander uses net abrasive and is therefore able to direct the extraction through the belt, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Suitable for on soft and hard woods, non-ferrous metals, steel, plastics (perspex and PC cards) and cork.

Excellent for hobby making, smooth and versatile, I have many sanders in my shop and this little baby is a beaty for small stuff with the abranet belt as a bonus. The abranet works so well I have changed all my big sanders to the same. Yes its expensive but like all German gear its the best. Shame Proxxon doesnt make bigger stuff as well to replace some of my Chinese made belt sanders which are a bit pedestrian. Just like my mountain of Festool gear its top notch. But remember it cant do what a huge belt sander can do, its for a craftsman doing fine smaller work.
