Panel clamps apply even pressure from all four directions simultaneously to keep panels flat and aligned during glue-ups. This balanced clamping action reduces the number of clamps required while helping eliminate buckling and misalignment. As the handle is tightened, the top and bottom bars are drawn onto the workpiece, converting horizontal clamping force into consistent downward pressure for a straighter, more accurate panel.

How to Use

Attach the pre-drilled mounting brackets to a 38 × 38mm timber bar, then fit the clamp ends so the lateral clamping heads are correctly positioned. Apply masking tape to the timber bars to prevent glue squeeze-out from bonding the panel to the clamp. Load the boards, slide the top bar into position, and use one of the 12 adjustment positions to quickly set the required clamping width before the glue begins to cure. Finally, tighten the handle to apply even clamping pressure across the panel.
