This 7-piece set includes some of Kirschen’s most popular carving tools and knives. Featuring Hornbeam timber handles, these tools are just a little shorter than their full-sized models. Includes a double sided 80 x 30mm waterstone for tool sharpening. Supplied in sturdy, wooden storage box.

Kirschen tools are still largely crafted in the way they were made decades ago, forged from the finest steel and carefully heat treated to 61 Rc for exceptional edge retention along the entire working length of the blade. They are then polished to a mirror finish and fitted with the perfect sized handle suited to the blade width. Electronic monitoring during the forging and hardening process ensures that high standards are consistently maintained.
