Tormek Wetstone Grinder Planer / Jointer Blade Jig
The Tormek Planer Blade Attachment SVH-320 allows you to sharpen HSS planer blades of any length. Also suitable for mitre guillotine blades. This jig means that you will always work with sharp planer blades and there is no need to interrupt your work sending them away for sharpening.
Sharpen any length
The jig deals with planer blades of any length. Blades longer than 270 mm are repositioned in the blade holder and ground in two or more stages. The tool is guided precisely and ground flat along its whole length to a pre-set fixed depth. This is not the case with the other Tormek jigs where your hand decides where the grinding occurs and the depth of grinding. It is important that the grinding angle is set with great accuracy.
