When you arrive at Timbecon to collect your order, go to the collection point at the front counter where one of our Team members will assist you. Please have a copy of your order and/or invoice with you.
If your order is over 50kg, on arrival at Timbecon make your way to the side entrance so the goods may be loaded by forklift. For this you must have an appropriate vehicle – ute, van or trailer. We will not load heavy items into sedans, SUV’s or passenger wagon vehicles that cannot be loaded by forklift. Unsure if we can load your vehicle? Give us a call on 1300 880 996 to confirm.

Step 1
Shop for your products
Browse our online store and add any items you wish to purchase to the cart. Once you’re happy and have everything you need, proceed to the checkout and follow the onscreen instructions. Shop Now
Step 2
Select Click N Collect at checkout
Once you have entered all your details you will be prompted with delivery options. At this point select the Click N Collect/Store Pick-Up option and proceed to payment to complete your order.
Step 3
Order complete – Give us 1 hour
Once your order confirmation comes through the Timbecon team will set to work and gather your items. Go grab a coffee, relax – allow 1 hour and then head to our Melbourne or Perth store for collection.
Step 4
Collect your goodies!
Head to the Click N Collect collection point located at the front counter. Remember to bring your order confirmation. Our staff will arrange for your goods to be collected or loaded to your vehicle.
