Tormek Wetstone Grinder Standard Centering Knife Jig
With Tormek’s patented KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig you can grind symmetrical bevels with the same angle on both sides of the knife regardless of the thickness or geometry of the blade. Whether you’re sharpening a regular kitchen knife or a thicker, tapered hunting knife, you can achieve the same results on both bevels of the knife without needing to reset the jig. The KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig fits most types of knives, it also works for the woodcarver’s straight drawknives and the gardener’s pruning shears.
Tormek Wetstone Grinder Small Knife Holder to use with SVM-45
The Tormek new Small Knife Holder SVM-00 can be used to sharpen those really small knife blades that other jigs cannot accommodate. Normally these knives need to be sharpened free-hand and it can be a challenge to achieve a consistent shape and bevel angle. You can now sharpen knives of different shapes for whittling, chip carving and detail work. Even folding pocket knives can be sharpened with perfect control. There is really no limit to how small a blade you can sharpen using the SYM-00 and the SVM-45 ensemble.
