Milescraft Biscuit Jointers are used to perfectly align two pieces of solid timber composite panelling. They can improve the bond in many applications, including edge-to-edge, mortise joints, tenon joints, flush joints, and angled joints.
You can use Milescraft Biscuit Jointers with any plate joiner or router bit that cuts a 4mm slot. The biscuits are compressed so that they expand when using water-based based wood glue, filling the slot completely and locking the joint.
