This product is part of the in-DEXABLE family, and is able to be paired with the: in-DEXABLE Blades and used in combination with the Double Square Head, Protractor Head and Centering Head.
Woodpeckers built features into the in-DEXABLE Combination Squares that you won’t find in any other combination square. Features like laser-accurate scribing guides, positive indexing at every full inch, a sliding head support and accurate, laser-engraved scales.
The “XL” models of the Combination Square Head fit the same blades as the standard-sized in-DEXABLE but give you longer and deeper reference surfaces.
Combination Square Head: Woodworking’s Two Most Important Angles - 90° and 45°
Everything you build involves one or both of these angles over and over again. The genius of the combination square is having both of them in your hand, all the time. Woodpeckers adds new features and larger references to the classic combination square design in in-DEXABLE XL model. There’s a tab that slides out of the head and supports it flush with the surface of your material. The head is a full inch thick, which gives you a depth of just under 12.7mm, more than enough to reach past most moulded edges. The XL head also has a full 127mm reference surface.
The Rack-It is a handy storage mount designed keep your Woodpeckers tools neatly wall-mounted for easy access.
Like all Woodpeckers products, all items in the in-DEXABLE range are precisely machined and carefully inspected in Woodpecker’s Strongsville, Ohio factory (just south of Cleveland).
