    But this is not where the upgrade stops. The main upgrade is in the panel attachment. The panel attachment is larger and rides right up against the edge of the saw blade. This allows for more accurate cutting as it allows the user a greater degree of control close to the blade. The longer carriage is also more stable, resulting in a smoother, squarer cut than the standard TS-250.

The included sliding clamp that pushes the work piece up against the leading panel fence makes set up much quicker and easier when production cutting. The new boom arm designed also provides an improved cutting result by reducing the amount of flex in the outboard to virtually nil.

It still has all the features that made the the standard TS-250 popular, the telescoping lead panel fence, the magnified cursor for easier placement, the rock solid rip fence mechanism and the general build quality. This saw takes the principle of a great value-for-money saw and improves on it to provide a great centrepiece for the workshop.

An extra outfeed support table is now also included to improve work piece handling.
