Now we don't guarantee that this will actually survive a bomb blast. But it certainly can take a beating in any toolbox going on an off the worksite without falling apart like many of its plastic competition.
This doweling jig was designed for those who wanted something more robust. Just squeeze it onto whatever piece you are working with, tighten up the centre screw, it will self-centre and you are done. It is that simple.
The two outer pins ensure that the jig indexes centre when the centre screw is done up.
Made from thick Aluminium, it is built tough and is ready for what you are going to throw at it.
The jig comes with a set of 3 collet inserts to match the most common drill bit sizes used with dowel (6mm, 8mm, and 10mm).
It can be used on timber ranging between 16mm-50mm in thickness.
