This PTG with Quick Clamp are a purpose made straight edge power tool and clamping guide. The guide is made from rigid extruded aluminium and features twin T-slots along its length. Available in two different lengths, the PTG Quick Clamp guarantees you a straight cut every time. This guide has a broad number of applications limited only by your imagination.
Guide your power tool
The PTG Quick Clamp offers a versatile and secure method for accurately guiding circular saws, routers, jigsaws or anything else you can fix the PTG Traveller PTGPTT accessory sold separately. The Power Tool Traveller will accept virtually any relevant power tool and connects simply and snuggly to the guide.
Clamp your project
Attach any two PTG Quick Clamps together using the Power Tool Guide Side-To-Side Connector Kit PTGS-2-S, or the Back-to-Back Connector Kit PTGB-2-B. Do this to create your own wide body or back-to-back clamp. Secure the bottom clamp to the bench and secure your piece with the top clamp - you are now ready to work. Use as an accessory fence
Designed primarily to work in the twin T-slots of the guide, use the Power Tool Guide Hardware Kit PTGHWK to build your own custom jigs and fixtures. Attached stop blocks, feather boards or anything else that comes to mind.
Set out your work
Another accessory for the PTG Saw Guide is the PTG 90 Degree Head PTG-90-D. The 90-degree head fixes easily around the Quick Clamp’s fixed clamp head and turns your PTG Quick Clamp into a T-square. The 90-degree head greatly reduces the time taken to set up a square crosscut and turns the guide clamp into a large square for marking out.

Secure double end fix
The PTG Quick Clamp fixes very securely in position. The secret is the steel rod that runs along the length of the guide that links the foot and head holding pads together. The foot pad slides easily into position when adjusting to width. And when you depress the locking handle to fix, the steel rod draws the foot pad in locking the guide in position. Locking the guide at both ends ensures a secure fix. There is no chance the guide will slip - your work will always be accurate and safe.

Twin T-slots and measuring tape
The PTG Quick Clamp features two T-slots along its length. Use these to attach a range of accessories and broaden the application of your guide. The hand lock
The hard plastic hand lock features three progressive clamping pressures. Like a high-quality table saw fence, this feature allows you to apply slight pressure and bump the guide into position before you finally lock it off. Accuracy is king!
Rigid construction
The PTG Quick Clamp is a rigid extruded aluminium extrusion. This means this saw guide doesn’t flex, even under load when locked in position. Power Tool Guide (PTG) Quick Clamp - 24in PTG-24-T, 50in PTG-50-T
The PTG Quick clamp is the heart of this system. Available in two sizes, 24in (610mm) and 50in (1270mm). Choose your preferred option from the dropdown menu above.
Cut smooth, straight, clean lines with the PTG Traveller base plate fixed to your circular saw or router. The Traveller then attaches directly to your PTG Quick Clamp. You can leave the Traveller attached to your power tool for free hand cutting.
The 180mm long handle extender fits to the Quick Clamp fixing handle. This extension gives you better leverage to operate the clamp when more clamping pressure is required.
Turn your PTG Quick Clamp into a T-square. The 90 Degree head fixes around the Quick Clamp’s fixed clamp head. Attaching the 90 Degree head greatly reduces the time taken to set up a square crosscut and turns the guide clamp into a large square for marking out.
More clamping surface area means clamping stability and power. Great for wide or thick stock, reduces marring on soft materials. The wide jaws fit securely to the Quick Clamp head fixed by two wood screws that are included in the kit.
These adaptors join two PTG Quick Clamps back-to-back. This creates a holding device to grip panels of sheet material across the top of your bench. The lower clamp grips your bench, while the upper clamp holds the workpiece. Adaptors supplied as a pack of 8.
