Torquata anodised aluminium mitre track
If you want to make your own worktop that will accommodate a mitre slide, then you need a section of mitre track you can embed in the surface. Torquata offers you a heavy-duty aluminium extrusion measuring close to 12.75 x 30mm overall with a 10 x 19mm internal channel. It will accept a standard 3/4in mitre guide, suitably sized T-Bolts as well as all standard 9.5 x 19mm mitre bars. The profile features ribbed edges to ensure a tight fit and improved gluing surface area.

Luck for you also available is 457mm and 610mm long anodized 9.5 x 19mm mitre bar slider that fits perfectly within the Torquata track described above. Great for making your own jigs, suits all standard 19mm mitre slots including most cast-iron table saws. It has three mounting holes along the length of the bar to fix jigs and accessories easily. It also has four nylon grub screws along the edge of the bar use to adjust the tracking of the mitre bar within the slot.
