Oneida's Deluxe Super Dust Deputy Cyclone Dust Extractor Kit is the best cyclone dust collector in the world
Single-stage dust collectors are great for small, hobbyist shops but they come with a cost; fine dusts can quickly clog the filter, reducing suction and leaving your tools as messy as ever! Worse still, there's nothing to protect your dust collector's impeller from being damaged should you accidentally suck up large wood chunks, bolts, etc.
How do you stop losing valuable time and money on maintenance and replacement parts? Install our 4in Dust Deputy cyclone!
Oneida Air Systems' patented Super Dust Deputy cyclone separates over 99% of dust and debris from the incoming airstream, virtually eliminating filter clogging, suction loss, and significantly prolonging the lifespan of your filter.

Why do we think Oneida Dust Deputys are so good?
Standard single-stage or bag-style dust collectors lose suction very quickly as the filter becomes clogged with fine dust. The cyclone uses centrifugal force to separate dust and debris from the incoming airstream, containing it safely away from the collector. This frees up the dust collector to move as much air as physically possible without hindrance. That means less downtime for filter cleaning, continuously high suction, and significantly prolonged filter life.
For use with single stage dust collectors and 100mm piping, this cyclone eliminates filter clogging, suction loss, and messy dust bags by removing over 99% of fine dust and debris from the airstream, containing it safely in the 56L dust bin. If your workshop has fixed piping that matches the diameter of your dust collector's intake, choose a cyclone that matches that diameter as well. The collector's horsepower and CFM do not affect the performance of the different models.
In our experience, we've never had a customer "wear out" their super dust deputy cyclone from normal use. The only exceptions are when sucks up materials not rated for the cyclone's construction i.e. don't suck up hot, smoldering materials or high abrasives (rough glass, soda blasts, etc.) with the molded cyclone as those can damage or wear out the material.
With its intended application (e.g. wood dust and debris) you could expect this cyclone to last for years to come, if not longer.

Super Dust Deputy Deluxe Kit Reviews

"I added the Super Dust Deputy 4 to my single stage Jet dust collector soon after the product hit the market. It has been a tremendous addition to my shop. I can't remember the last time I changed the bag on my Jet dust collector. Just about everything falls into the Dust Deputy as designed. Buyers should note that the unit is a little "tippy" when empty. I have a brick I put in the bottom that solves the problem."

"I recently purchased the new 4" Super Dust Deputy. I have a 2hp cyclone system with an internal filter. I had been clogging up the filter because I had been using my drum / thickness sander a lot. The good folks at Oneida worked with me to design a solution and I installed the SDD between my drum sander and the 4" port formerly used for the drum sander directly.
"I just helped a friend sand 50+ pieces of 2x4 red cedar and I don't think that one bit of the fine dust made it to the filter. For little more than the price of one replacement filter I believe that I just fixed my issues forever. VERY PLEASED! Love the new design where the base of the SDD cyclone also doubles as the lid to the fiber drum. This thing rocks!"
