Click on the video below to see how the router lift works and how easy it is to mount your own router into this great product
This Router Lift allows you to adjust your bit height from above the table – no more fumbling underneath to get that right bit height. One full turn of the winder handle above the table will adjust the height by exactly 2.00mm, so even 1/20 of a turn will give you accurate height adjustment of 0.1mm! There is virtually no backlash so ultra-fine adjustments are easy to do using this lift.
This lift has been specifically designed to work for Australians with the height adjustment being in an easy-to-use metric gradient and the router mounting plate is able to take the most common routers found in the Aussie market including - Bosch, DeWalt, Festo, Hitachi, Makita, Ryobi and Triton.
The table mounting plate is the standard 305x230mm size so it can be used in any of the Baladonia Router Tables.
The table mounting plate, height adjustment cradle and router mounting plate are produced from aircraft-grade aluminium, while the threaded posts, chain sprockets and other components are produced from high-tensile steel. All components are CNC-machined and we guarantee you will be 100% happy with this lift.
Available separately are twist-lock insert rings for the router lift. To buy these please click here to add them to your cart.
NEW PRODUCT ADDITION
The industry-standard aperture size for many American-branded router tables (such as Kreg, Incra, JessEm etc.) is 298x235mm and we are pleased to announce that the lift has been redesigned and can now suit this size aperture. All other specifications listed above remain identical.
Below two lifts are listed - the RLIFT-2 that is marked as the EUROPEAN SIZE suits the Baladonia router tables (305x230mm) and the RLIFT-3 that is marked as the AMERICAN SIZE is this new size 298x235mm to suit other table brands.
