This filter has a 125W motor and is capable of moving 510CFM (870 m³/hr), suitable for a workshop with a volume up to 120m³, with the vent able to be positioned in your desired direction. The unit includes a remote control that controls the five fan-speed settings and a built-in timer. The timer can be set to 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours, or continuous whilst you are working.

The Air Filter can also be turned on by using the pull chain, which becomes operational once the device is switched to the ‘No Remote Control’ mode. In this mode, the machine will begin operating at full speed, regardless of the remote control setting.

For best results, it is recommended to use the Sherwood Air Filter continuously during dust-generating activities, as well as for two hours post. Position the air filter strategically within the workshop, ideally overhead or on a wall, where most of the ambient dust is generated to maximise its efficiency.

Filter

The first outer filter removes particles down to 5 microns and the second internal fine filter cleans dust down to 1 micron. Both filters are easily accessible and replaceable. The inner filter is made of nylon that can be handwashed and left to dry, meaning it can be re-used many times.

Set and forget

There is still dust in your workshop air after you leave so its recommended to set the timer for two hours once you leave to ensure all air has been cleaned and recycled and not settling over your machines and benches.

The 510CFM Air Filter features four mounting brackets on the top of the unit for easy overhead mounting.
