The Sherwood 3HP 2300CFM Single Stage Dust Extractor is a powerful dust collection solution with a robust 2250W Induction motor, delivering exceptional 2300CFM suction capacity. Capable of handling up to three machines simultaneously, it’s innovative cast-aluminium radial fin impeller efficiently moves wood chips into dual collectors, optimising motor performance and enabling high dust extraction volumes. Durable twin Pleated Filter Cartridges efficiently capture particles down to a tiny 1 micron, whilst the dual 153L collection bags ensure more than ample collection capacity. With a single 6in dust outlet for larger hose configurations, or a triple 4in Y-connector. All these features place the SWDC-2250-TPFC a step above its competition, making it an indispensable addition or upgrade to your workshop.

Powerful Suction

The SWDC-2250-T has a highly quality TEFC (totally enclosed fan-cooled) Capacitor-Start Induction motor with a powerful 2250W output. It features air suction capacity of 2300CFM and has a max static pressure of 16.7 in. This delivers exception suction and grunt, allowing you to connect up to three machines at once.

Upgraded Impeller & Ducting

Static pressure is produced by the 320mm cast-aluminium radial fin impeller to move the wood chips into the dual collectors. This innovative patent-pending design blends the benefits of being lightweight and durable. This increases the rotational performance under the load of the dust extractor, reducing strain on the motor and allowing for extraction of larger dust volumes. The upgraded steel duct from the impeller to the filter improves performance and reliability and with just a glance you'll know when it's time to haul out the chips thanks to clear bottom bags.

Pleated Filter Cartridges

The SWDC-2250-TPFC comes with twin Pleated Filter Cartridges, each one allowing the extractor to filter down to a tiny 1 micron, easily removing dust of any dangerous size that can do harm to your health. The pleated filter configuration increases the filtering surface area up to seven times greater than a standard bag ensuring there is no loss of efficiency that comes with finer filtration. Cleaning the filters is a breeze using the built-in agitator – simply turning the handle will dislodge caked-in dust and shake it down into the collection bag. Extra collection bags are included.

Portability
