The height of the clamp when closed is 225mm.

Latch-Type Toggle Clamp - KD-40323
This is an unusual toggle clamp in that it can pull two items together. It is quite small (a footprint of only 110x27mm total) and would be a perfect latch to use on toolchests etc. Because it uses a toggle clamp design it is built to last and also make it quite easy to latch shut. The maximum reach from the front of the base to the point where the clip can be tightened is 25mm. The total height when closed is 30mm.
