24" Blade Jig - YFA-24
For customers who already own the popular YF-6 surface grinder, you can purchase the new, bigger jig assembly to be able to sharpen blades longer than 16in. PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to purchase this jig, you must either attach a new bigger sub-base for the grinder or bolt it down to a bench or stand as the standard base over-balances when using this jig.

Small Tool Jig for YF-6 - YFASM
The small tool jig replaces the blade holder and slides on the same cast machined blade holder base. It is much shorter than the planer blade jig as it is only designed to hold cabinet chisels, plane irons etc. It has no stops built into the back, but a recess has been cut out of the back to allow plane blades, chisels etc. to protrude out the back of it. It can hold plane irons etc. up to 90mm wide – more than ample for this type of application. A recommended accessory for your YF grinder.

Replacement Stone 100grit - YFG-6100
You can either purchase the replacement 100grit ALOX wheel for your grinder or the optional 320grit finishing stone. The 320grit stone is recommended for use where only a light touch-up is required or when using with fine tool steel blades such as plane irons, cabinet chisels etc.

Stone Dressing Stick - YFD-2
The holder for the diamond stone comes with the jig, but the diamond dresser is available separately. It has a full ½ carat industrial grade diamond stone set into the tip and will make fast work of flattening the grinding stone.

Drill Sharpening Attachment - YF-6-DSA
Remove the blade holder and base and use this great jig for sharpening your twist drills! It comes with the heavy-duty cast iron drill chuck holder, drill chuck and instructions for the set-up and use of this jig. It will leave your drill bits with a perfectly-ground edge that will extend the life of your drill bits for years to come.

Grinder Wheels - Aluminium Oxide - AOW-150-X
White aluminium oxide wheels give better results when sharpening high speed steel. It is important not to sharpen quality tools on the grey wheels supplied with all machines. When selecting the grit to use what is most important is whether the wheel is hard or soft - not whether it is fine or coarse. Coarse grits are the softest so for smooth grinding select the coarsest stone. This is contrary to what you may naturally think. 6” wheels - ½” bore, 8” wheels - 5/8" bore

Diamond Stone Dresser - TBAR-2
This heavy duty stone wheel dresser will quickly and effectively true up any stone on your bench grinder. The body is 115mm long allowing a comfortable, controllable grip with a knurled handle and has a huge 42x10mm cutting surface. Blocky diamonds are set into a hard nickel plate and then bonded to the strong steel handle.

Chisel Grinding Jig - 05-M-0601
The grinding jig works with any power or hand grinder that has a tool rest. Put a tool in the jig, slide it against the alignment pin and one clamping thumbscrew to square it, adjust the blade projection for bevel angle, and tighten in place. The tool is now held squarely in the jig at the chosen bevel angle. Slide the jig back and forth across the tool rest and stone face to sharpen the tool.
