Credit Card Payments
Timbecon Pty Ltd knows that many customers are concerned about the security and protection of their credit card information. We will process you credit card transaction via the Commonwealth Bank Mail Order Service in exactly the same way stores throughout Australia currently use the EFTPOS system.
The latest industry standard military grade 128 bit encryption technology will be our standard to protect your credit card information and keep your transaction details secure.
You can confirm that your browser is in secure mode in the checkout by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom right corner of your browser window. It you double click it, it should read:

If you still don't like the idea of sending us your credit card details, you can always choose to make a direct deposit into our bank account or send us a cheque or money order.
We will only ever process your credit card once the goods are ready to be sent. If an item is on backorder, we will only charge you for the goods being sent at the time and the total freight cost of the order as if it had been sent as one shipment.
Other forms of Payment
We will only release the goods once payment has been received. If you are making a direct deposit into our bank account, please allow at least 1-2 working days for us to receive it into our bank account before we process your order.
You can help us by putting the Internet order number and your surname in the description field when making a direct deposit.
Please allow 2-7 working days for a cheque to reach us. Australia Post rarely loses envelopes, but they can be delayed for various reasons. We always aim to send orders to you as soon as we possibly can, so if you need it urgently, maybe spend a little extra and send the cheque to us in an ExpressPost envelope.
Also be aware that you can make direct deposits into Timbecon's Commonwealth bank account at any Australia Post shop. So if you were going there to buy (and post) a money order anyway, it will be quicker and cheaper for you to pay by direct deposit. Just use your surname as the reference when depositing your funds.
