The slightly larger table has a quick-release fence with sub-fence. The table can also be tilted, but it is on a trunnion system that allows for easy fine adjustment to get the table to just the right angle. The depth of cut is greater and it also has a winder for the top blade guide assembly, making it easier to adjust.
One great feature about this saw is the quick release blade tensioning system. If you’re not using the saw for a while, you can take the tension off the blade just by turning the handle at the back (not visible). It also has a scale indicator to make it easy to tension blades too, saving setup time. On a sturdy cabinet stand that can store your spare blades.
The wheel covers are easily released with one knob and have micro switches on top and bottom wheels so that the machine can’t be started when opened. Mitre guide included.
